It was just an appropriate option for a day tour in Ocala with very good value for money. Dale at the front desk was great, quickly resolving a room mix-up and upgrading us to a King suite. Make sure to clarify any deposit policies at check-in to avoid confusion.

I loved staying here because it’s so close to both Scott Springs Park, perfect for a relaxing walk, and Paddock Mall, where there are plenty of places to shop and grab a bite before heading out for more city explorations. the room was clean and comfortable, making it an excellent base for my adventures.

I absolutely loved the lovely tropical decor and spacious ambiance of the lobby and my room at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Ocala Conference Center. The warm atmosphere made it a comforting place for my stay.

More accessible parking for seniors would be appreciated.

My room had a noticeable odor, and the cleanliness wasn't up to par—dirty carpets and stains on the ceiling set a questionable standard. The shower was a gamble. water temperature swung between scalding and freezing. Noise traveled from the halls into the rooms, making it hard to ignore late-night activity. On top of that, the advertised breakfast wasn't included, which added a bit to the frustration. It seems like some serious attention could improve the comfort and cleanliness around this place.

We had a wonderful time! The breakfasts were great, especially the homemade orange cranberry muffins that we couldn’t get enough of. Our waitress remembered exactly how I liked my coffee, which made my day. The hotel’s charming décor truly made our stay special, and it was perfect for a family getaway. I'd definitely choose this place again!

i had a great stay at holiday inn hotel. brooklyn at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! also, the service at the cafe was great. the glass elevator added an extra touch to the experience.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed exploring nearby horse farms. The staff was incredibly courteous, especially one lady who helped us with our dining needs.

My children wanted a larger play area to burn off energy. The small playground outside needed better equipment for families.

The interior is visually appealing, featuring a spacious atrium and friendly staff. However, the noise from the air conditioning and slamming doors made sleep difficult. The shower design led to standing water, which was unpleasant. While the dining area emitted a strong, constant food smell, the small meals offered are enjoyable.
